The whole point of a trailer is that the weather stops mattering. Ours is fully enclosed, heated, and air-conditioned — so a rainy afternoon, a cold snap, or a 100°F Texas Saturday is not a reason to cancel your party.

1. We play rain or shine

Our gaming trailer is a climate-controlled space on wheels. The screens, consoles, seating, and your kids are all inside, out of the weather. That means ordinary conditions — rain, drizzle, wind, heat, cold — do not affect your event. We show up, set up, and run the party as planned.

You never need a backup indoor space, a tent, or a "rain plan." That's exactly what you're renting: a party that happens no matter what the sky is doing.

2. What counts as "severe weather"

There's a difference between bad weather and unsafe weather. We will only ever pause or move a party for conditions that make it genuinely unsafe for our team to travel, tow, and set up, or unsafe for your guests to walk to and from the trailer. That includes:

  • Lightning and active thunderstorms in the immediate area
  • Tornado watches or warnings for your county
  • High or damaging winds
  • Flooding, flash-flood warnings, or impassable roads
  • Ice, heavy snow, or hazardous driving conditions
  • Any conditions under which it is not reasonably safe to tow and level the trailer at your location

Our standard is simple: if it isn't safe to drive the trailer to you or safe for kids to be around it, we won't put anyone at risk. Safety comes before the schedule, every time.

3. How rescheduling works

If genuine severe weather threatens your date, we'll be in touch as early as we reasonably can — usually the day before or the morning of — to talk through options. In most cases we can still run the event. When we truly can't, here's what happens:

  • We reschedule, we don't cancel. We'll move your party to the next date that works for you, at no rescheduling fee for a legitimate weather situation.
  • You keep your package and pricing. Your booking simply moves to the new date; nothing changes about what you're getting.
  • We decide together, early. Whenever possible we make the call with you in advance so no one is left waiting on a driveway.

Because weather cancellations are handled by moving your date, they are not treated as customer cancellations under our Terms of Service.

4. What happens to your deposit

When we reschedule an event for severe weather, your $150 deposit is fully protected and applies to your new date. You are never charged twice, and you never lose your deposit because of the weather.

If, after a weather reschedule, we genuinely cannot find any future date that works for your family, contact us and we'll make it right — including a refund of your deposit in that circumstance. Our goal is always to run your party, not to keep a deposit.

5. Help us plan ahead

North Texas weather can turn quickly. If you're watching a storm system roll toward your event, give us a call or text as early as you can — the more notice we have, the more options we both have. We monitor conditions for every booking, but a heads-up from you is always welcome.

Please also make sure the trailer's parking spot stays clear and accessible; standing water or a blocked, unsafe surface can affect setup even when the storm itself has passed.

Questions about weather and your date?

We're happy to talk it through before or on the day of your event.
