The questions every parent asks — answered.

What if it rains?
Our trailer is fully enclosed and climate-controlled, so we play rain or shine — no rain plan needed. Party day goes ahead in comfort whether it's a downpour or 100°F outside. For how we handle genuine severe weather, see our Rain & Weather Policy.
What's your cancellation & deposit policy?
A $150 deposit holds your date and applies to your total; the balance is due on event day. Reschedule free up to 7 days before (subject to availability) — inside 7 days a reschedule works like a cancellation, with your deposit moving to the new date as a credit. Cancel 14+ days out and your deposit is refunded minus a $50 processing fee; any balance you've already paid is returned in full. Within 14 days, the deposit becomes a 6-month credit toward a future booking (balance refunded) — so the most you can ever lose is the $150 deposit, never a percentage of your party. And if we ever have to cancel, you get a full refund, deposit included. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
How much space do you need?
About a driveway or curb space roughly 35 ft long and 12 ft wide, on a reasonably level surface. We're fully self-powered by our own quiet generator — no need to plug into your home. A parking spot on the street works great too.
Can you get the trailer to my house?
Almost always, yes — our driver can handle most driveways and streets. The only real obstacles are a very steep hill or an extremely tight, blocked spot. If your driveway won't work, we'll set up on the street or divert to a nearby park, church, or parking lot. When in doubt, send us a quick photo of your spot and we'll confirm before your date.
How many kids can play at once, and how big can the party be?
Up to ~24 kids play at once across our indoor and outdoor screens, with the coach rotating everyone in so no one waits long. For bigger groups (30+), the All-Star package maximizes rotation — just tell us your headcount and we'll size it right.
What ages is this good for?
We have games for kids as young as 4, all the way up through the teens. We tailor the lineup to your crowd — gentle, colorful titles for the littlest players and competitive or sports games for older kids. We host teens and adults too; just let us know who's playing.
How far in advance should I book?
Weekends fill fast — we recommend booking 2–4 weeks out to get your first-choice date and time. Got a last-minute party? Reach out anyway; we'll always check for openings.
Will the kids know what to do?
Definitely — that's exactly what your game coach is for. They set everything up, get every kid into a game, run the tournaments, and keep the energy high from the first minute to the last. Nobody stands around confused, and you don't have to lift a finger.
Can I control which games my kids play?
Yes. Tell us your comfort level when you book and your coach will keep anything you're not comfortable with off the screens. We default to family-friendly, age-appropriate titles, and any mature-rated game is only available with a parent's on-site okay.
Can I request specific games?
You can — there's a spot to request titles when you book, and your coach takes requests at the party too. We bring our full game library to every event, so chances are your kid's favorite is already on board. The lists on our site are just a sample.
Is outdoor gaming included, or an extra charge?
It's included — no upcharge, unlike some competitors. Every package comes with our outdoor gaming setup alongside the indoor screens (weather permitting), so kids can spread out and rotate through more stations.
What time should the party start, and when do you arrive?
We arrive about 30 minutes early to set up and test everything, so the trailer is open and ready right at your start time. Handy tip: tell guests the party begins a little before we roll up — that way they've eaten first and everyone gets to see the trailer make its grand entrance.
Do you do corporate, school, church, and community events?
Absolutely. Beyond birthdays we do school events, church functions, corporate parties, and neighborhood block parties. We're also great for fundraisers — we can run tournament-style competition or open play to raise money for a large group. Tell us your date and group size and we'll build a package that fits.
